To help us find the problem quickly, please include:
- the game’s name;
- your device model, for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8;
- your iOS or Android version;
- the app version, shown in the game’s Settings;
- what happened, and what you did just before. A screenshot helps.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device only. The games have no accounts and no cloud save, so if you delete a game or clear its data, your progress and coins are deleted too, and we can’t bring them back. Progress also doesn’t move to a new device.
How do I restore purchases?
iOS: open the game’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Android: purchases come back on their own when you reinstall the game with the same Google account.
Restoring brings back things you buy once, such as Remove Ads. Coins are saved with your progress, so coins from a deleted game can’t be restored. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
What does Remove Ads do?
It removes the ads that show without you asking, such as the ads between levels. Reward videos, the optional ads you choose to watch for a bonus, stay available.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
- In the game: open Settings → Privacy Choices to change your consent to personalized ads, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data. This row appears where privacy laws give you that choice, such as in the EEA, the UK and some US states.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking turns tracking off for each app.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s settings, usually under Google → Ads or Privacy → Ads.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email support@tapcrow.com and tell us which game you play and whether it’s on iOS or Android. Deleting a game removes the data stored on your device. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and your rights.
How do I report a bad or broken ad?
Email us with the game’s name, what the ad showed (the advertiser or app it promoted), roughly when you saw it and what went wrong: for example it was offensive, it couldn’t be closed, it played loud sound or it opened a store page by itself. A screenshot helps. If an ad gets stuck, closing and reopening the game ends it.
