Terms of Use
These terms apply to games published under the TapCrow developer name (the “Games”). TapCrow is operated by Baklanov Oleksandr Vasylovych, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine (“TapCrow”, “we”). By downloading or playing a Game, you agree to these terms. The Games are intended for players aged 13 and over.
1. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play the Games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes.
2. Purchases and virtual items
Coins, boosters and other virtual items have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred. Buying them gives you a license to use them in the Game, not ownership. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow their policies unless the law requires otherwise. Virtual items may change as the Games evolve.
3. Ads
The Games show ads. Our Privacy Policy explains what data this involves and the choices you have.
4. Fair play
Don’t cheat, hack, modify, reverse engineer or exploit bugs in the Games, and don’t use them to break the law.
5. Ownership
The Games and everything in them belong to TapCrow or its licensors.
6. No warranty
The Games are provided “as is”. We don’t promise they will always be available or free of errors.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, TapCrow isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived by agreement.
8. Termination
You can stop at any time by deleting a Game. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and we may discontinue a Game.
9. App Store
If you got a Game from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s agreement prevails for that copy of the Game.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows which version applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This doesn’t take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.
